The Total Drive app is going to send automatic reminder regarding upcoming session and payment. If we have to deal with missing payment and get in touch with you regarding it because it has not arrived to the bank account 48 hours before the session.

In case of Missing payment and Missing cancellation you pay the driving session in full.

We understand you have busy life, we have too. To avoid extra fee we suggest to set up standing order on your bank account and make sure you get and pay attention to the notification of Total Drive App. Thank you

Pupil has to pass the mock test to take the test with the driving instructor car.
The driving instructor first has to agree to book a driving test and has to be informed about the time and date of the test before the booking.
If the pupil does not follow these, the driving instructor does not provide an appointment for the test.

Booking of Driving Test

The cancellation has to be in written and by messaging in the Total Drive App ONLY (to make sure we can follow up)

Please let us know if you would like to cancel a session as soon as you know, but at least 48 hours before the session.

Late cancellation is going to be charged 100% of the session.

If pupil make constant, regular cancellation we'll get contact with he/she, revisit the agreement and it could lead to loose the spot.
Our aim to support pupils to pass the driving test as soon as possible and regular cancelation lead a long learning period which could be disappointed.

In case of Missing payment and Missing cancellation you pay the driving session in full.
